βœ… Live Arrival Guarantee

 We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:

  • An unboxing video must be recorded clearly from the moment of opening the package.

  • The video must be shared within 1 hour of delivery.

  • Delivery must be accepted on the first attempt to be eligible.
     

🐠 If Fish/Shrimp/Plants Arrive Dead:

You can choose one of the following:

πŸ’Έ Refund Option

  • Get a 70% refund of the item’s value (excluding delivery charges).

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via UPI or bank transfer.

πŸ“¦ Replacement Option

  • We will resend similar fish/shrimp/plants in your next order.

  • You must pay the delivery charges for the replacement.

  • We’ll add some free gift items along with the replacement as a bonus.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

  • No or unclear unboxing video.

  • Reporting after 1 hour of delivery.

  • Items affected after delivery due to poor tank conditions.

  • Courier delay or weather-related issues beyond our control.

πŸ›‘ Cancellation Policy 

At SD Fish Farm, we value our customers and strive to offer the best aquatic livestock and plants. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

βœ… Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After 24 hours, the order is processed for packaging and shipping, and cancellation will not be possible.

❗Important Notes

  • Live fish and plants are sensitive items. Once packed or shipped, they cannot be cancelled or returned.

  • If the order includes live items and you cancel within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For same-day or express delivery orders, cancellations are not allowed after the order is confirmed.
